Confirmation

By booking a stall at the Art Market on 22 October, 4–9pm, you agree to the following:

* Your stall is confirmed once your registration and payment have been received.
* If you cancel at least 14 days before the market, your stall fee will be refunded less a $20 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the market are non-refundable.
* If the market is cancelled by the organisers, your stall fee will be refunded in full.
* Stallholders are responsible for their own artwork, products, equipment and belongings, and for keeping their stall area safe and tidy.
* All sales are between the stallholder and the customer. Stallholders are responsible for their own payments, refunds and any applicable tax obligations.
* Stallholders must only sell or display the type of work described in their application unless discussed with Art Market organisers prior.
* Stall locations are allocated by the organisers and specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
* Photography or video may be taken during the market and used to promote this and future events.
