Abby Storey is a photographic artist, website developer and Onekiritea/Hobby Point local.

Abby’s photography examines social and cultural activity, often through our interaction with our immediate environment. Her photographic work is held in public and private collections internationally. Her current series in progress, A Place to Stand, focusses on the landscapes in and around Onekiritea.

Abby runs local website development business, Birdhouse Digital, through which she manages the web presence of various artists and art spaces in Australia and New Zealand.

As a board member for Devonport arts and creative futures hub DEPOT, Abby has worked alongside the GM and other board members on an updated strategic direction, and fresh branding for the organisation.

Abby sees creativity and the arts as a fundamental part of any thriving community.
